bruhhhh this volume is so good。 we get a much deeper look into persephone's history which i love， especially with the final episode。。 she deserves better like in that moment， what she did was justified。 i said what i said。 can i just say this plot is giving everything and more。 like yes its overall about hades x persephone BUT all of the other plotlines are just as good。 i also think there is such a nice balance between how much we get of the two of them together vs on their own as they develop bruhhhh this volume is so good。 we get a much deeper look into persephone's history which i love， especially with the final episode。。 she deserves better like in that moment， what she did was justified。 i said what i said。 can i just say this plot is giving everything and more。 like yes its overall about hades x persephone BUT all of the other plotlines are just as good。 i also think there is such a nice balance between how much we get of the two of them together vs on their own as they develop more and more。 ALSO the way her art is just continuing to evolve and become more and more detailed。 like there are many scenes where its just characters expressions and doesn't include dialogue。。。 yet you can clearly see their emotions and connect with what they are feeling。 check trigger warnings for sure which are usually at the start of the chapters and in the middle。 she does touch on things like sexual assault， domestic abuse， and rape but the warnings can help you avoid those scenes if needed。 overall i just love the themes in this story and how it just keeps getting better。 HIGHLY recommend reading this series ！ 。。。more

So excited， this is my very first review in English in Goodreads！ And it makes me even happier that the book I'm going to talk about in this first review is nothing less than Lore Olympus， by Rachel Smythe。Gods， I absolutely love this graphic novel！ And I think I will always do so。 Ever and evermore。 I am the biggest fan of Greek mythology and when I discovered this comic I knew I would enjoy it， but did not expect that it would steal my heart。 It was my refuge， my motivation， my safe place even So excited， this is my very first review in English in Goodreads！ And it makes me even happier that the book I'm going to talk about in this first review is nothing less than Lore Olympus， by Rachel Smythe。Gods， I absolutely love this graphic novel！ And I think I will always do so。 Ever and evermore。 I am the biggest fan of Greek mythology and when I discovered this comic I knew I would enjoy it， but did not expect that it would steal my heart。 It was my refuge， my motivation， my safe place even if I read it in very little time。 Right now I am living the worst moment of my life， but there is always reading for saving me。What makes Lore Olympus that good？- The idea: This is one of the most creative and fascinating retellings I have read or heard of。 The way in which the author mixes those miths， characters and elements of Greek culture with a refreshing modern touch is marvelous。 I am sure that Lore Olympus will stimulate the interest of its readers in Ancient mythology，- The art: It is just too beautiful。 Rachel Smythe has such an original style; its beauty enters the eye of the reader and transmits the feelings of the characters。 I like how she represents mortals and immortals， all the places and， of course， the outfits，- The characters: Do I even have to talk about them？ I mean， they are wonderful and probably the main reason why we all love Lore Olympus that much。 Our beloved Persephone and Hades， Eros， Artemis， Hecate， Era， Hermes… I just love them too much。 On the other hand， there are Apollo， Minthe， Thetis， Thanatos… Well， I hate them。- The important topics: It adresses mental and physical abuse， bullying， toxic relationships， and trauma。 However， it is respectul and always has the trigger warning。 Soon， I will be reading the second season。 Can’t wait！ 。。。more
